Art. 292MP is an Italian urea resin 4-hole button with a distinctive burnt rim — the edge of each button is heat-darkened for a two-tone, horn-like depth. It shares the beauty and color palette of Art. 194MP and comes in 11 marbled colorways and 8 sizes, from shirt buttons to coat buttons.

Italian urea is a synthetic resin containing ureic acid and potato flour, developed to replicate the texture of natural materials like buffalo horn or nuts. The buttons are formed by layering materials, compressing and heating the mixture into a tablet, then molding. Because urea resin cannot be colored after molding, it is dyed at the raw-material stage — the color runs through the button, not just its surface.
