How does dyed-to-match button service work?

Send us a fabric swatch (at least 2x2 inches) by mail or upload a high-resolution photo. Our color-matching specialists will dye buttons to match your exact fabric shade. We send samples for your approval before completing the full order.

What button materials can be dyed to match?

Most natural materials accept dye well — including corozo (tagua nut), horn, bone, and certain shell buttons. Synthetic materials like polyester resin can also be color-matched. Metal and glass buttons are not available for dyed-to-match service.

How accurate is the color matching?

Our color matching is highly accurate — we work with professional dye houses experienced in fashion-grade color matching. We always send physical samples for your approval before completing the full production run. Minor variations between natural materials are normal and part of their character.

How Lot Pricing Works

Simple, transparent pricing — one flat rate per lot, no matter the quantity.

No minimum quantity. Whether you need 10 buttons or 10,000 buttons dyed, the flat rate is the same per lot.

Multiple colors = multiple lots. Each distinct color counts as a separate lot and is billed accordingly.

Multiple materials = multiple lots. Dyeing nylon buttons and shell buttons to match the same color still counts as two separate lots.
