Gross Orders
We offer a 30-day return policy on gross quantities (144 pcs.), unless they are damaged. If you receive a damaged quantity, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement. If you are not satisfied your purchase, but it is not damaged, you may return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund, minus shipping and handling charges. The item must be in its original condition and packaging and contain the the full order quantity.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@buttonologyinc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
